We rented a one bedroom condo on the seawall, so the sand and surf was literally across the street.
Ben loved sleeping in the hallway bunk bed. He loved playing in the top one even more but of course was not allowed to sleep in it.

Reading a new book from Grandma and Grandpa With the Dog.
We played tourist and went to Moody Gardens Aquarium and ate at Rain Forest Cafe. Both Ben and Mary were on the verge of losing it in the Cafe with all the noise, mist, strobe lights, and aninamtronic animals.
Sorry no beach scenes [at least for public eyes :)]. We only took the camera to the beach with us once to avoid potential theft while swimming.

Looks like a good trip; I can imagine Ben enjoying climbing the ladder to the top bunk. We sure do miss those two -- I mean all four of you!

So glad you had a good time!! Mary certainly seems to have enjoyed the traditional family birthday cake. Chocolate cupcakes two nights in a row!! thanks to Eric's b'day. We're really looking forward to spending a week with Mary, Ben and Kellen and parents too in Colorado soon.
