Summer Vacation - July 2013

On July 4, Drove to Colorado through Texas and New Mexico.  Stopped in Amarillo for July 4 fireworks. Stayed in Arvada.  Fun to meet our newest niece Kenzie.  Took Kellen with us to Winter Park and RMNP.  Adam, Julie and Kenzie joined us the next day.  Drove back to Texas through Kansas. Stayed several days with Grandpa and Grandma Stewart.  Great trip.
Drove to top of Capulin Volcano in NM.  Good stop to stretch legs and great view from top.  Inspecting volcanic rock.

 Uncle Adam let everyone play with his LEGO Star Wars collection.

Lots of neighborhood kids to play with, Mary was in heaven since most of them were girls.

 Uncle Adam setup a movie screen in the garage. Perfect weather for an outside movie night.

 West side of Rocky National Park.  Rained off and on all day but still a great time.  Borrowed a carrier which allowed us to go farther and quicker with Mary.

 Full day.  Two of three asleep.

 Next day, Adam Julie and Kenzie joined us in Winter Park.  Stayed in a condo of A&J's friend.  Rode the alpine slides all day as well as other activities included in the family pass.  Great time.  Mining for gems.

 Mary goes wherever there is a grandma.  Helping the kitchen is her favorite too.

 Hunting for snails in Grandpa and Grandma's backyard after the rain.  We found a lot!!
