Made a gingerbread tree and almost finished it before leaving for OKC. We packed it in the car but forgot about it until we got back to Austin. Oh well. Tasted like cardboard in my opinion anwyay.

PMO Christmas Program
Ben was in the angel choir for the Christmas program performed by the preschool classes at St Catherine. Ben and Mary both like to sing and had been singing the songs at home for weeks in advance. They teach the songs to Mary's class but they don't perform in the program. Ben is a very quick learner and had been complaining that he was bored and didn't need to practive any more because he knew all the words. He constantly reminded us that next year he would not be bored because he would have a speaking part which is reserved for the 4 yr and up classes. We still had a good time listening to them, especially the Joy to the World rendition that begins with a rap. Who knew angels can rap.
Mary and gang approve of the singing.

Good for Ben for being so "into" his program - a teacher's dream!
Right G'ma S. Ben was the best little singer and had the gestures better than any other angel.
