We went to the Austin Kite Festival 2 weekends ago. It was great weather, it got into the low 80's and reminded us what is to come this summer. We didn't get a picture of Ben's favorite part, the shuttle bus rides to and from the park grounds. We got to ride yellow school buses and it was really a highlight (for him).
City of Austin skyline view from Zilker park. There are a ton of kites in the sky, kind of hard to see.

Sitting in the shade of an electrical transformer box. Hey, our pale family will take whatever shade we can find!

Corn dogs and lemonade for lunch while we watch the kites.

Walking around looking at the kites.
