Learning to jump

I got some books on toddler discipline last month (after a particularly trying day) and am now on book #2. One of the first chapters says that 75% of kids fall into one of three categories: easy, shy, or spirited. The other 25% are a mix. I think we can call Ben "spirited." Eric calls him a "hyper hypo".

All you need now is a helmet, a harness, and some chocolate. Then, he can pull your cars to save gas.

Guess it is time to start hard manual labor - that will tire him out.

He already does manual labor, feeds the dog, brings in the recycle bin. barks like a guard dog...
