15 month check up

Ben's check up was today and his stats haven't changed too much from last time.
Weight: 24 lb. 13 oz. - 55th percentile
Height: 32 in. - 75th percentile
Head circumference: 50 1/2 cm - 97th percentile

When I mentioned that he really goes non-stop, wants to be independent, is fearless about physical feats like climbing, running, etc., the doctor said, well, that is just his personality. Some kids are more reserved, some kids just go and go and go. When I asked if he should have been able to learn to be more careful after he fell and knocked out his tooth, the doc said that he probably won't learn that until he's 3 or 4. How many injuries can we expect before then?! A good check up. Ben seems to be on track developmentally in everything, he has caught up speech-wise to where other kids his age are. Apparently we are supposed to start giving time-outs for mischevious or dangerous behavior now too. We'll see how that goes.
