Hot rods

Ben was on a soccer team called the Hot Rods this year. Six kids on the team and they played three on three with other teams. Sadly, the Hot Rods never won a game and it was frustrating for the parents to watch at times. The boys never seemed to mind too much and were good sports. Because of the state of youth sports today, everyone got a trophy. Ben loves his trophy. I try to suggest to him that it must be a trophy for good sportsmanship. He says he wants to play again in the spring season.
