Now that school is out, we can play at the elementary school playground that is very close and convenient to our house. It is a good playground, with three areas for different age children. There is a little pre-K area with smaller equipment and a sandbox where Ben can have some free range. We try to go every morning sometime between 8 and 10 or else it gets too hot. Today we were walking back at 9:45 and it already felt hot.
Definitely not afraid of getting dirty.
There are no baby swings here. Ben is so-so about swinging on the big swings. He wants to, but when he is ready to get down instead of telling me he just starts to let go and point to where he wants to go next. So I don't push him very high and stand right next to him the whole time.
